McGenome LLC was founded on a simple premise: complex inflammatory and rare genetic conditions require race-calibrated, multi-omic perspectives to resolve therapeutic and diagnostic gaps.

Dr. Siddiqui holds the inaugural appointment of Chair and Professor of Foundational Biology at the Niazee College of Osteopathic Medicine (NCOM) in Schaumburg, Illinois, effective July 1, 2026, where he is establishing a dedicated C. elegans and human cell research laboratory. NCOM is a proposed osteopathic medical college in Candidate Status with the Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA), with an anticipated opening in 2027. The laboratory at NCOM will serve as the primary experimental facility for validation of McGenome's ELEGANS-INTERACTOME and other AI/ML platforms.

The scientific foundation spans invertebrate kinesin motor characterization, alpha-tubulin structural biology, G-protein signaling pathways, and consanguineous population genetics in Middle Eastern cohorts. This comprehensive body of work uniquely positioned McGenome for the development of four patent-pending AI/ML precision medicine platforms — ELEGANS-INTERACTOME for human pathogen-host interaction discovery, SarcoActivity™ for sarcoidosis health equity, KIF7-CilioPanel™ for pediatric ciliopathy genomics, and the nmMLCK Platform for ARDS and acute lung injury.
